On top of the hill of Feudo Guarini, at 350 m above sea level in front of the large mountain of Vita, Trapani, lie the 6 ha of Aldo Viola,  place of production of Syrah, Nerello Mascalese, Perricone and Grecanico.
A vineyard purchased in 1996 and expertly converted to the production of important crus.
A microclimate very extreme is well supported by an extraordinary richness of the soil.
A  black & white calcareous- clay soil at the times,  organically rich, is swept by most of the strong winds that take place during the year, creating a very special microclimate that enhances the quality of the grapes.
The annual rainfall is 400mm and the vineyard does not have an irrigation system.
The 3 ha planted back in 1998 and 2014 and grafted by the Viola family have a density of 4200 plants / ha 2.40 mt x 1
The pruning system is  the Guyot with an average production of  5000 kg / ha.
The harvest, end of August-early September, is done manually with the selection of grapes.
